Product Advantages                                    
Integrally forged threaded flange globe valve with minimal leakage points, suitable for harsh conditions including high temperature, high pressure, and high erosion                                    
1. Integral forged valve body. This structure is available in sizes DN10-DN32
2. Dual stem design: Upper stem features threaded hardening; lower stem incorporates smooth surface hardening.                                    
3. Thread lubrication on upper stem isolates system media.                                    
4. Linear motion of lower stem replaces helical operation, preventing damage to packing and stem tip components while reducing friction between packing and lower stem.
5. Threaded joints welded to 1.5 times pipe wall thickness, with all welds subjected to radiographic inspection                                    
6. Valve plugs overlaid with Stellite alloy, 6# and 12# composition                                    
7. Precision-cast 304 stainless steel handwheel
