Product Features                                                        
1. Split-forged blank with a valve bonnet structure design. The support bracket is removable for in-line maintenance, reducing seat grinding depth.                                                        
2. Compared to vertical shut-off valves, the 55° angle design offers lower pressure drop and flow resistance with enhanced erosion resistance.
3. Non-rotating valve stem undergoes hardening and precision grinding to minimize torque and prevent torsional damage to packing                                                        
4. Stellite alloy overlay on valve disc and seat with complementary hardness difference ensures extended service life even in demanding applications
5. Fully guided disc ensures precise seat-to-disc alignment unaffected by lateral forces from high-velocity flow, preventing body abrasion, stem scoring or bending, and extending disc seal and body service life.
6. The rear seat chamfer is located on the valve stem rather than the disc, complying with API-600 and API-602 requirements.                                                        
7. The non-rotating characteristic during valve-to-seat sealing is achieved through an intermediate material located beneath the disc interior.
8. Fully enclosed, lubricated valve stem drive system with dual needle bearings to minimize operating torque                                                        
9. Excellent resistance to thermal expansion                                                        
10. Suitable for blowdown and discharge applications
11. Valve disc types include plug, needle, or globe check disc options.
